Interesting offers keep coming to Real Madrid for several of its players. In the midst of the transfer market, Florentino Pérez usually answers all the calls coming from Spain or abroad. However, not all of them are convincing, for one reason or another, and they end up being stopped despite a lot of money being involved.
Recently, it's been common to see several footballers from Real Madrid heading to Como, the Italian club coached by Fàbregas. The relationship is good, since in Italy they really like talents trained at La Fábrica. Now they've set their sights on the new Dani Carvajal.
€6M ($6.5M) for the new Dani Carvajal
"Defensa Central" has revealed that, after renewing his contract with Real Madrid and earning his promotion to Castilla, Como has tried to sign him. Specifically, we're talking about Jesús Fortea, a right-back with a lot of potential ahead of him.
At 18, he is a highly regarded defender in Real Madrid's youth ranks, to the point of attracting interest abroad. He was close to leaving last January, but the situation was solved. Now he has a contract until 2029, with Ancelotti's departure being a real breath of fresh air for him.

With Xabi Alonso joining the first team and Arbeloa being promoted to the reserve team, everything has changed for Jesús Fortea. He is highly regarded and it is believed that he has enough potential to become the new Dani Carvajal for Real Madrid.
The €6 million ($6.5M) offer from Como was well received, but it was ultimately rejected. The reason is clear: Arbeloa trusts his development and Xabi Alonso believes he could end up playing for the first team. The money isn't needed, although the sum offered from Italy was, at the very least, interesting.
Unstoppable growth
He is in the right hands and now has everything he needs to grow in Real Madrid's youth ranks. The trust in Fortea, who has extended his contract and believes he could end up succeeding at Santiago Bernabéu, is at its highest.

Jesús Fortea has a great future ahead of him, and now the trust is mutual. This is clear with Como's offer that was rejected: it's not every day that you turn down €6 million ($6.5M) for a youth player who hasn't yet debuted with the senior team.
