This Legal Notice regulates access to and use of the Madrid-Barcelona.com website, hereinafter MB, which is made available to Internet users. User means the person who accesses, navigates, uses or participates in the Web's services and activities. A user's access and navigation of the Web implies unreserved acceptance of this Legal Notice. MB may offer through the website services that may be subject to their own particular conditions about which the User will be informed in each specific case.
3. WEB USE
3.1. The user undertakes to use the Web, contents and services in accordance with the Law, this Legal Notice, good customs and public order. Likewise, the User is obliged not to use the Web or the services provided through it for illicit purposes or effects contrary to the content of this Legal Notice, harmful to the interests or rights of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable or deteriorate the Web or its services or prevent normal enjoyment of the Web by other Users.

3.6. It is understood that access or use of the Web by the user implies acceptance by them of the Legal Notice that MB has published at the time of access, which will always be available to users.
3.7. The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services (such as comments, opinion forums or pages open to readers) that MB21 offers on its Web site and not to use them to engage in illicit activities or contrary to good faith and legal order; disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, illegal pornographic nature, apologizing for terrorism or attacking human rights.
4. WEB ACCESS AND PASSWORDS
4.1. Access to the Web by users is free and gratuitous. Some of the services and contents offered by MB may be subject to prior contracting of the service and payment of a sum of money in the manner determined in the General Contracting Conditions, in which case they will be made available clearly.
4.2. When it is necessary for the user to register or provide personal data to access any of the services, the collection and processing of users' personal data shall be subject to the provisions of section 9 of this Legal Notice, as well as the provisions of the Registration Conditions.
4.3. The contracting of products or services through the Web by minors is prohibited, and they must properly obtain in advance the consent of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be considered responsible for the acts carried out by the minors under their care.

MB expressly reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice. The user acknowledges and accepts that it is their responsibility to review the Web and this Legal Notice.
6. LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1. MB undertakes to make its best efforts to avoid any error in the contents that may appear on the Web. In any case, MB will be exempt from any responsibility derived from possible errors in the contents that may appear on the Web, provided they are not attributable to it.
6.2.
