FC Barcelona is keeping an eye on any kind of movement that the market may bring. A name rival teams are very interested in is Pablo Torre, who's had few minutes with Flick and could be part of a swap. In the last few hours, another name has been moving around. A Spanish player who's been in the Barça orbit for quite some time has gained strength: Alberto Moleiro.
Both Barça and Las Palmas would be interested in the possibility of negotiating a transfer focused on Moleiro, in which Pablo Torre could come in. It is an operation that has been brewing for some time and in which both clubs could benefit. Recently, the Canary Islander has given a clear nod to Laporta.
Speaking to the channel Más que pelotas, Alberto Moleiro was blunt: "I am very happy now and I am not thinking about leaving. But I hope to be in a big club like Barça in the future ."
Alberto Moleiro Was Already Close to Barça
Years ago, with Laporta already as president, Barça had the chance to sign Alberto Moleiro. Ultimately, the deal fell through because the Barça economy was not at its best. Now, with the possibility of including Pablo Torre in this move, everything could change.
Alberto Moleiro is valued at around 20 million euros, a price that would be reduced adding Pablo Torre into the operation. Las Palmas would welcome this move, provided they could keep the Cantabrian for a while.
So far this season, Alberto Moleiro is showing his best scorings with Las Palmas. He has scored four goals in thirteen games and Pedri is already playing a key role in his possible transfer.
Pablo Torre Doesn't Count for Hansi Flick
He is not an untouchable player for Flick and Pablo Torre knows it. He is willing to leave, as long as the team he can go to offers him minutes and a clear plan for the future.
Madrid-Barcelona has been saying that Deco is willing to let Pablo Torre go but has several conditions. The main one is that he wants to keep 50% of any future sale of the Cantabrian. He is also considering the possibility of buying him back if he ends up succeeding outside the Catalan club.
It doesn't seem like Pablo Torre will have a very long career at Barça. We have to wait and see, but Fermín López's renewal has left him affected, probably too much. Now, he could be swapped for Alberto Moleiro.
