Barça is the New Super Champion in Spain — Someone Singled out in Madrid: 'It's...'

New Clásico, new victory for Hansi Flick's team: 2-5 in Saudi Arabia to win the Spanish Super Cup.

FC Barcelona has emerged victorious from the second Clásico of the season, decisively defeating Real Madrid in Arabia. After 90 minutes (plus added time, more typical of extra time), Hansi Flick's team has been crowned Spanish Super Champions, overpowering Ancelotti's team. It was a great victory for the Catalans, who showed superiority in practically every aspect of the match.

Despite the decisive victory, it was Mbappé who opened the scoring for Real Madrid, in a controversial play. Although the Frenchman crafted a great goal, Barça claimed a prior uncalled foul on Casadó. However, Ancelotti's team only enjoyed the lead briefly, as FC Barcelona quickly turned the score around, activating their steamroller mode.

Mbappé put Real Madrid ahead in the 5th minute, while Barça's equalizer came in the 22nd minute, courtesy of Lamine Yamal. The young player executed a move reminiscent of Messi to level the score. After this, everything went smoothly for Hansi Flick's team: first Lewandowski and then Raphinha increased the lead. When it seemed like the first half would end 1-3, Balde appeared, taking advantage of the last moment of the 9 minutes of stoppage time.

Ancelotti made slight changes after the break, but it was of little use, as Raphinha quickly scored the fifth of the night. However, there was an unexpected turn of events: Szczęsny had to be sent off for a foul outside the area on Mbappé. From the 57th minute, Barça was down to ten men, and the worst part for them was that Rodrygo scored, capitalizing on the foul committed by the Polish goalkeeper.

Despite the sending off, the result remained: 2-5 for a Barça that ended up being crowned champion of the Spanish Super Cup. A resounding result for the culers, who have once again claimed this trophy.

While Barça is thrilled with this result, Madrid has ended up very upset. They were inferior throughout the match, and the culer victory was deserved. In Ancelotti's team, there's a clear scapegoat for the result: Tchouaméni. He returned to the center-back position, and his performance was very weak, creating many disadvantages in the defensive area.

Tchouaméni ended up being substituted past the hour mark, clearly singled out. Madrid fans delivered their verdict on social media: "It's inconceivable, he can't continue as a center-back". In recent matches, it's becoming clear, and no one understands why he remains a starter ahead of a great Raúl Asencio.

The final balance of the Spanish Super Cup is clear: a big win for FC Barcelona, who are now champions, and anger in Madrid... with a scapegoat included.
