Pedrerol Reveals the Figures behind Vinícius's Transfer: 'The Arabs are Taking Note'

Real Madrid asks Josep Pedrerol to clarify Vinícius's situation at the club

Last night on El Chiringuito, Josep Pedrerol deciphered the situation of Vinícius at Real Madrid and talked about the Arab offer for him.

"They ask me to clarify it," he began, without revealing who asked him. "If the Arabs want Vinícius, don't call Real Madrid, bring one billion."

"Don't Talk to Madrid, Bring the Billion"

He added: "Otherwise, nothing: one billion. Don't talk to Madrid. It's the message they've conveyed to me from Real Madrid so we don't start with that 250, 300-rocks thing..."

"If Vinícius agrees and manages to get them to pay the one billion, farewell. However, Madrid is not going to enter into negotiations. Don't call them, come with the billion," concludes Pedrerol.

Real Madrid intends to cut off all the speculations that have started to spread about Vinícius's future.

The official version is clear: He is not for sale, but if he wants to leave and a club comes that pays the release clause, Real Madrid will accept the operation.

It's a show of strength from the club toward Vinícius, who in recent weeks has threatened to accept the Arab offer. The club understands that this offer has to involve paying the full release claus, because Vinícius is not for sale.

Real Madrid Won't Settle for 200 or 300 Million

Vinícius's entourage has convinced him that if he pressures and says he wants to leave, the club will eventually give in. They will accept whatever they offer because they won't be interested in having a disgruntled player.

However, the headquarters of the white club have put a stop to it. Contracts are meant to be fulfilled and his departure is contemplated in the same contract.

It's not enough for Vinícius to receive a one-billion offer. Real Madrid also wants the part that corresponds to them, which is neither 200 nor 300 million.

Vinícius isn't taking well to the Mbappé boom, who in recent matches has reached the level expected of him. This has coincided with a drop in Vinícius's performance.

Mbappé up and Vinícius Down

The Brazilian player has started to see headlines, hear comments, and read messages on social media. In them, Mbappé is elevated to heavens.

Spokesmen of Madridism, like Josep Pedrerol, openly state that "Mbappé is the best player in the world.".  Vinícius feels overlooked.

Some have even wanted to see the effect of the Arab offer in his recent performance drop.
