The world of soccer has come together to send good wishes to Dani Carvajal, following the serious injury he suffered in the Real Madrid-Villarreal match.
The signs of affection have come from all sides, both from the club itself (the president, the coaching staff, teammates, fans...) and other clubs, mainly from FC Barcelona.
Carvajal's tear of the cruciate ligament in his right knee has caused dismay throughout Spanish football.
All the messages have moved him, especially one received from Barça, to the point of making him cry.
Messages from his teammates: "I love you, beast"
All the messages agree: "you will come back stronger." Joselu, his brother-in-law, now at Al-Gharafa in Qatar, wrote to him on social media:
"I write in tears and with the feeling that I would've preferred it to have happened to me . Now we have a path ahead of us that I know you will follow admirably, like everything you do. I love you, brother, I'm always with you."
Nacho Fernández, a lifelong friend, has encouraged him:
"Warriors like you always overcome themselves and we'll all be with you to help, brother. I'm sending you all the strength and energy to come back in top condition. I love you, beast ."
Sergio Ramos, an ally in a thousand battles, could not be missing:
"Brother, you can handle anything life throws at you. You have our full support and unconditional love. A big hug, my friend. #Comounabestia['#likeabeast', a hashtag created to support Carvajal]."
Arda Güler told him: "Get well soon, captain. I'm sure you'll come back stronger as soon as possible," the Turkish footballer posted.
And Lunin: "We are all with you , Carvajal. Keep your spirits up. You'll be back soon and much stronger, man."
Lucas Vázquez, the player called to replace him: "Those of us who know you know that you will win again because you are the only one who knows about that.
"A Winner and a fighter, an example of a person and a player, we will be with you so that you can share moments as soon as possible. Like those we have had the pleasure of sharing all these years.
"Go for it, my friend, whatever you want, always. We love you."
Thibaut Courtois, who is well aware of Carvajal's injury, told him: "I will be with you on your recovery journey as you did for me. Your spirit will make you come back stronger."
Valverde has sent his support: "I have no doubts that you will come back stronger than you are. Inside and outside the field, you've shown that you are a beast and that is what you'll be in your recovery. We love you."
Vinícius, Rodrygo, Fran García, Bellingham, Rodrygo, Mbappé, Brahim, David Alaba, Dani Ceballos and Antonio Rüdige have sent him "cheers and strength".
Gavi's Special Message
But the message that has gone straight to his heart is Gavi's, the young Barça player whom Carvajal took on as a disciple in the national team. Despite rivalries, Gavi wanted to show him his support:
“Be strong, my Carva! You'll come back as the beast that you are,” Gavi told her.
MB has learned that the message from the Barcelona player, who hasn't played for almost a year, has made the Real Madrid captain get emotional.
Carvajal knows very well what Gavi has been through and how much he has suffered in the last year.
Another Barcelona fan, Pedri, told him : "Be strong, brother! I'm sure we'll soon be crying together for joy again."Hansi Flick also sent him a message: "From FC Barcelona we wish Carvajal a speedy recovery. On behalf of Barcelona, we wish him the best."
The Blaugrana club has also shown its love and solidarity. In difficult times, the best from people comes out. And Dani Carvajal will not forget such tokens of affection.
