U-Turn with Vitor Roque as He Finds New Team in Premier League: Farewell to Betis

It has been discovered that the Brazilian forward could have his future in England

Vitor Roque seems to have found a spot at Betis, but his continuity there isn't clear at all. At 19 years old, the forward is still owned by Barça and no one is thinking about his return. The plan is clear: finding him a new destination when his loan at Benito Villamarín ends, as long as they don't execute their purchase option before June 30.

To keep him permanently, Betis would have to pay 25 million for 80% of Vitor Roque's transfer, plus variables. There is a possibility he could stay there on loan for a second year. That, however, seems highly complicated since Barça has the option to recover him for free at the end of the season.

What they are clear about at Barça is that money is needed and a second consecutive loan to Betis is not being considered. If they don't execute the purchase option, he will be recovered for free and a new destination will be sought. His performance (seven goals and two assists) has sparked interest from the Premier League. There, they could pay a lot of money to keep him permanently.

U-Turn with Vitor Roque as He Finds New Team in  Premier League: Farewell to Betis

Fichajes.net has revealed that Everton, a historic Premier team, has shown interest in keeping Vitor Roque permanently. The relationships between both teams are excellent, and there is confidence in reaching an agreement, although it's true that there is some complexity. The Brazilian's OK is necessary to seal his new destination, and it seems complicated for him to give the "yes, I do."

In any case, Barça is taking things calmly. They don't want to keep losing money with Vitor Roque; if a definitive sale isn't achieved, they will try to include him in some operation. One possibility would be to negotiate a swap for Gyökeres, adding money to convince Sporting de Portugal.

However, for now, no decision has been made. Vitor Roque will finish the current season with Betis, abiding by his loan contract. Afterwards, if the Andalusians don't pay, Barça is clear that they will recover him to find him a new destination. 31 million euros were paid for him, and the idea is to recover the initial investment.

What is clear is that everyone rules out Vitor Roque's return to Barcelona, which seems completely impossible.
