The season hasn't started yet, although Barça considers its transfer business closed, this could change if a completely unexpected sale takes place. Saudi Arabia hasn't given up yet and promises to be a major talking point for the remainder of the transfer window. They have a lot of money ready and keep the intention of continuing to strengthen their league to keep growing in the coming years.
In recent hours, Robert Lewandowski's name has gained strength again as a possible move to Saudi Arabia, but he has practically ruled this out. The Polish footballer is clear that he wants to fulfill his contract with FC Barcelona, which ends on June 30, 2026. However, some of his teammates are receiving tempting offers from the Middle Eastern country and are seriously considering the possibility of leaving Camp Nou immediately.
Lewandowski may be left alone
In recent hours, former footballer Jean-Marie Dongou revealed on "Jijantes" that Saudi Arabia has made a huge offer to Ferran Torres. The Cameroonian has good contacts in the country and his information comes from a reliable source, even revealing the figures of the deal: €60 million ($65 million) over three years for the Valencian.

If he accepts the proposal, Ferran Torres would play in Saudi Arabia for €20 million ($21.7 million) net per year, an unbeatable offer. There would also be no problem reaching an agreement with Barcelona: "They pay what Barça asks, not tomorrow, but now," the Cameroonian pointed out.
In this regard, Doungou concluded: "There are more profiles to study at Barcelona: if it fits them, they pay, they have no problem. In fact, they want to pay for a youngster, but his dream is to succeed at Barça and he turned down a very good offer. Jan Virgili turned down a very, very important offer. In 4 years they would have solved his life, less than €20 million ($21.7 million)."
Ferran Torres, future in doubt
At 25, Ferran Torres has just completed a great season under Hansi Flick. The German coach considers him a key footballer for his project and has no intention of letting him go. However, Barça doesn't consider him untouchable and will evaluate any offers that arrive if he himself asks to leave.

Ferran Torres has a contract in force until 2027 and the idea would be to recoup the investment made three years ago. He arrived from Manchester City for €55 million ($59.6 million) and this would be his asking price. But Saudi Arabia isn't the only one after Ferran: Aston Villa remains alert, interested in paying a high transfer fee for his signing.
Meanwhile, Ferran Torres seems not to have made any decision. The Saudi proposal is very strong and, although he doesn't see himself playing outside Barça, everything could change...
