The Olmo case will change the established order in Spanish soccer. Barça won't forgive either the Federation, the League, or the three clubs that have pressured for Olmo to stay in the stands.
Lenglet Won't Continue at Atlético De Madrid
Days ago MB reported that Barça had decided to halt the agreed sale of Clement Lenglet to Atlético Madrid, where he plays on loan.
Laporta has no intention whatsoever of negotiating with a club that has worked behind the scenes to harm him in the Olmo case.
Barça is the main beneficiary with Lenglet's departure, but it will block it and seek another destination for him. Anything but closing another deal with Atlético. This is especially true considering the disastrous previous experiences: David Villa, Luis Suárez, Griezmann, Arda Turan, João Félix, or Memphis Depay.
Ansu Fati Will Go to Any Team Except Sevilla
The same will happen with Sevilla. Laporta had agreed with Sevilla on Ansu Fati's departure in the winter market. The Sevillan club, currently in a sporting and economic crisis, tried to take Ansu Fati for free as a favor.
Laporta was willing to close the deal. Ansu Fati, however, will never go to Sevilla, at least while he has a contract in force with Barça. Business with Sevilla is over.
The Olmo case will also affect the relationship between the blaugrana club and the Royal Spanish Football Federation and the Professional League.
Barça will end its collaboration with the two organizations. The blaugrana club will be registered in both, but it won't collaborate in any project that may arise in them. It will keep a distant stance of inaction.
"Let Them Select Real Madrid's Players... if They Can"
The Spanish Federation could be seriously harmed. Barça's collaborative attitude with the different teams will come to an end. Barça will put up many obstacles to the presence of its players in the teams.
"Let them select Real Madrid's players... if they can", has been heard in the club offices. Barça feels seriously harmed by the institutions and clubs considered friends until now.
The club will not just sit by in its response.
