No one expected the offer that has arrived for Marc Casadó: Barça responds, it's official

An offer for Marc Casadó has arrived at Camp Nou's offices; there is already a response, and it's confirmed

Barcelona keeps planning its squad for next season and knows that, among its duties, it must make good sales. In this context, many eyes are on La Masia players, who didn't cost a single euro and would bring in a lot of money. Among them is Marc Casadó, who isn't untouchable for Hansi Flick and is generating a lot of interest in the market.

New offer for Marc Casadó

With a contract valid until 2028 and only 21 years old, for now Casadó isn't thinking about leaving. He dreams of succeeding while wearing Barça's jersey, but this isn't stopping important offers from coming in to sign him.

In the last few hours, a significant offer from Bayer Leverkusen has arrived at Camp Nou's offices. They have a lot of money available after selling several of their stars and now plan a complete restructuring with Ten Hag's arrival on its bench.

From Germany, it has been revealed that Leverkusen has submitted a proposal that doesn't exceed €20 million (21.5 million USD), adding another €10 million (10.8 million USD) in variables.

Barça responds

Although this proposal has been considered, the reality at Barça is clear. Marc Casadó won't leave for such a ridiculous amount. The minimum price set for the Catalan midfielder is €50 million (53.8 million USD), which is far from the offer Bayer Leverkusen has sent.

The trust in the youth academy product is total and only an out-of-market offer could make him leave. Casadó himself also has no intention of leaving, as his dream is to succeed while wearing the jersey of his beloved Barça.

If he were to end up leaving, the only thing Barcelona would seek is to take advantage of the interest caused to get the most out of it. In addition to the Germans, Chelsea, Arsenal, and Manchester United are also after him.

Taking all this into account, it's clear that Leverkusen doesn't convince any of the parties. Even less so for the money they've offered for Marc Casadó... There may be updates in the future, but for now the answer is clear and forceful.
