He Won't Play for the Rest of the Season: Hansi Flick Knows It and Is Very Worried

The CSD will back down and nullify the precautionary measure that has allowed Dani Olmo to play since January 1

Some discomfort in the adductor forced Dani Olmo to leave the field in the 28th minute of the last Barça-Osasuna.

The club's official medical statement mentioned three weeks for his recovery. But Hansi Flick has information that he won't be able to count on Dani Olmo for much more than three weeks.

Tebas Doesn't Rest Seeking to Harm Barça

In fact, he has already been warned from the offices that there is a very feasible possibility that he won't be able to count on him this season.

Javier Tebas's LaLiga doesn't relent in its pursuit of Barça, trying to weaken its sporting potential. Meanwhile, in Dani Olmo and his registration, LaLiga has found a goldmine.

The CSD has until next Monday, April 7, to make a definitive decision on the precautionary measure that has allowed Dani Olmo to play since January 1. The highest sports body has already advanced that it won't exhaust the deadline and will communicate its decision before the end of this week.

In that decision, it is expected that the CSD will revoke its precautionary measure allowing Dani Olmo to play. It will align with Javier Tebas's LaLiga preventing his registration.

Barça Is Left Without Fair Play and Without the 1:1 Rule

In recent hours, things have happened. LaLiga has issued a nine-point statement today. In it, it nullifies the financial fair play that Barça relied on to register Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor.

Both players would have been playing irregularly since January 1. Barça didn't fulfill what was promised with the sale of its VIP boxes. Meanwhile, LaLiga understands that  Barça has violated the Financial Fair Play rules.

As of today, for LaLiga, Barça is no longer within Financial Fair Play. Therefore, it loses the 1:1 rule for signings and the possibility of registering Dani Olmo and Pau Víctor.

The origin comes because the club's own auditor refuses to account for the phantom income from the opaque sale of the VIP boxes.

Laporta implied that there was an income of 100 million  from the sale of 475 VIP boxes at Spotify Camp Nou. Thus came the precautionary authorization from the CSD (Government), against LaLiga's wishes.

LaLiga has discovered that "no amount from the aforementioned corporate operation is recorded in the Profit and Loss account." It adds that it is "the opposite of what had been certified by the Club and by the auditor at the time of the operation's execution."

It laments that the document arrives validated "by a different auditor than the one who issued the certificate" of the VIP boxes last January. It is also surprised that in three months there have been three different auditors.

All this points to the CSD being forced to approach LaLiga. It will annul Dani Olmo's provisional registration and prevent his alignment at least for the remainder of the season.

Hansi Flick is informed of all this  and is aware that he won't be able to align Dani Olmo in the final stretch of the season.
