Confirmed, Betis Inquires About 2 Barça Players to Let Vitor Roque Leave

The Verdiblancos have already given their OK to Vitor Roque's departure, with a double compensation.

Barça has achieved its goal after receiving the green light from FIFA, and has closed a deal for Vitor Roque to immediately move to Palmeiras. In total, the Brazilian team will pay 25 million euros for 80% of his transfer rights, with an additional 5 million possible if various conditions are met.

The final OK from Betis, which was the most hesitant part of the operation, has been key. Mundo Deportivo has revealed that, as compensation for breaking the loan, the Andalusian team has requested to receive an additional 30% of Ez Abde's transfer rights. Currently, they share half with Barça, which would relinquish that percentage at no cost, retaining only 20%.

In 2023, Betis acquired Abde for 7.5 million euros, with Barça reserving 50% of his transfer rights for a possible future sale. This 30% that Barça is giving up amounts to about 4.5 million, although this figure will depend on the amount of his potential future transfer.

The Other Condition: Betis Requests a Loan from Barça

In this regard, the final OK for Vitor Roque's departure not only focuses on Abde's figure. Madrid-Barcelona has learned that Betis has also requested another player from Barça for the next season.

Specifically, we are talking about the forward Pau Víctor, an striker who is highly regarded at Betis and could arrive there in the summer. The operation would involve a loan, paying his entire salary, and having the option to keep him permanently.

The urgency with Vitor Roque is total, with Barça believing it is a very economically positive operation to say no. There is a preliminary agreement with Betis, by which an additional 30% of Abde's transfer rights will be relinquished, and a player will be loaned next summer.

Betis's favorite candidate is Pau Víctor, although this is a matter that must be finalized in the coming months. The relations between both entities are very positive, and further joint operations in the coming years are not ruled out.

Vitor Roque Leaves, Total Agreement

However, the most important thing is that this entire saga with Vitor Roque is coming to an end. He joined Barça for 30+31 million euros, of which only the fixed amount will be paid. Now, he leaves for 25+5 million euros, with the blaugrana club reserving 20% of his potential future sale.

Vitor Roque has already given the OK to the operation to head to Palmeiras, thus returning to Brazil just over a year after leaving.
