The match between Barça and Osasuna, corresponding to matchday 27 of LaLiga, has been suspended after being requested by the culer team's players. Jijantes initially reported, later indicating DAZN that a member of the blaugrana medical staff has passed away in the last few hours, being a reason of "force majeure".
Barça Makes It Official: Match Suspended
Minutes before the start of the match against Osasuna, Barça made an official statement on their social media:
"FC Barcelona regrets to announce the sad news of the passing of the first team's doctor, Carles Miñarro García, this very afternoon.

For this reason, the match between FC Barcelona and CA Osasuna is postponed until a new date.
The Board of Directors and all the staff of FC Barcelona want to express our deepest condolences to family and friends, joining them in their feelings in these very difficult moments."
Moments after the postponement of the match was confirmed, Osasuna issued a statement:
"Club Atlético Osasuna wishes to convey its deepest condolences to the family of doctor Carles Miñarro García and wants to send a strong hug in these tough times to all the staff of F. C. Barcelona, as well as to their fans. Rest in peace. Goian bego."
Carles Miñarro, Barça's Doctor, Has Passed Away at the Hotel
As is customary in all matches since Flick's arrival, Barça spent the day at the Meliá de Pedralbes hotel. There was Carles Miñarro, whose body was found lifeless before heading to the stadium, according to Esport 3.
Carles Miñarro passed away at just 40 years old, having joined Barça's first team this season, coming from the futsal club. He started working at the club in 2017, after six years as an Assistant Doctor of the Sports Assistance and Prevention Unit at the CAR of Sant Cugat. He combined this position with being the head of the medical services at CE Sabadell (from 2014 to 2016).
From Madrid-Barcelona we extend our condolences to the family of doctor Carles Miñarro, to Barça's locker room, and to all his loved ones. REST IN PEACE.
