Xabi Alonso saves Florentino a fortune! He finds the new Casemiro for €0

Real Madrid takes a step forward in its planning, finding the ideal midfielder for Xabi Alonso's system

The squad planning for next season at Real Madrid hasn't finished yet. Xabi Alonso is still looking for a defensive midfielder who can provide balance and help build up play in the first team. Given the difficulties in finding one in the market, the Tolosa native has turned to La Fábrica. He hasn't wasted any time and has already drafted a youth player to train with the "seniors": Thiago Pitarch.

Thiago Pitarch, surprise at Real Madrid

Xabi Alonso's trust in La Fábrica is absolute. He understands that if he can't sign a player, he has to use the youth ranks. The reports he has on Thiago Pitarch are excellent, to the point that he wanted to see him in person. Despite his young age, he has really liked what he has seen from him, and he has big plans for the Spanish midfielder's future.

He is under contract until 2027 and the trust in Real Madrid is at its highest. He has discussed it with Arbeloa and shared his opinion, making it clear that Pitarch has a lot of quality. He is on the first team's radar, with the idea of seeing how he develops and possibly giving him an opportunity at Santiago Bernabéu.

Bright future

Thiago Pitarch is one of the standout names beginning to make waves in Real Madrid's youth academy. At 18, this midfielder stands out for his excellent ability to build up play and a tactical intelligence rarely seen in footballers his age. Trained at La Fábrica, he has become a key piece for the Juvenil team and his performances haven't gone unnoticed in Valdebebas.

Xabi Alonso, the current coach with a glorious past at Real Madrid and an expert in the position, is closely following his progress. The coach sees in Pitarch a profile that fits perfectly with the club's philosophy: technical quality, the ability to control the tempo of the match, and maturity in decision-making. It's no coincidence that there is talk of a possible promotion to the first team in the near future.

Expectations are high in Madrid. In Barcelona, where they always scrutinize young white talents, they've already started to take note of Thiago Pitarch's talent. His way of moving around the field is reminiscent of old-school midfielders, but with the freshness and verticality that modern soccer demands

For Real Madrid, developing a midfielder of this level at home would be a major boost to reinforce the idea of betting on La Fábrica.  Thiago Pitarch still has a way to go, but everything suggests that we're looking at a gem ready to shine at Santiago Bernabéu
