Unexpected twist with Endrick's future. It's decided and Florentino knows it: 'Me...'

The Brazilian informs Real Madrid's President of his decision: he is very clear about it

Endrick landed at Real Madrid last summer as one of the major signings for the future. Coming from Palmeiras and at just 18 years old, his arrival cost no less than €72 million (72 million euros) including fixed and variable amounts... A figure that reflects the level of expectations placed on him. However, his first season as a white-jerseyed player hasn't gone as many expected.

The young Brazilian forward hasn't managed to establish himself as an important player in the team's system. Despite his undeniable talent and the opportunities he has had, he hasn't been able to make a difference in the minutes so far. His participation has been more testimonial than decisive, and the spotlight has shifted to another young homegrown talent: Gonzalo García

Endrick, in a compromised situation

The Madrid-born striker has been one of the great revelations for Real Madrid in the recent Club World Cup. With four goals in six matches, Gonzalo has taken advantage of every opportunity and has left a mark that hasn't gone unnoticed by either the coaching staff or the fans. His performance has changed the team's offensive outlook and has left Endrick in a very compromised position.

According to the newspaper AS, Real Madrid has offered Endrick the option to go out on loan in search of playing time and continuity. The club's idea is for the forward to gain experience in a top-level European league and return with greater experience. However, Endrick has been clear and forceful: he doesn't intend to leave Real Madrid

He won't leave Real Madrid

The forward's own entourage has made it clear that he is determined to succeed in white. Endrick believes in his chances and considers that he has the qualities to earn a place in the team, even competing with big names like Mbappé or Gonzalo. "He is ready for the challenge," his close circle assures.

The Brazilian's attitude is being valued positively within the club, although they don't hide that his progress will need to accelerate if he wants to be an important piece next season. The competition will be fierce and Real Madrid can't wait indefinitely for his potential to explode. Even so, the club trusts that his adaptation will be completed soon and that he can show the level he displayed in Brazil.

Endrick's situation is at a delicate point. He has gone from being one of the most exciting signings to having to swim against the current in his first campaign. But if he has shown anything in his career, it's character. At Real Madrid, character is as important as talent.

For now, there won't be a loan.  Endrick wants to stay, wants to fight... and wants to succeed at Santiago Bernabéu. Florentino has already received the communication.
