Real Madrid Officially Activates Plan B: Florentino Already Has Davies's Replacement

Davies's Agent Wanted More Money

The news reached Real Madrid's command post today, but there was no panic in the offices. Real Madrid has the alternative to Davies well secured.

Davies's agent tried to pressure Real Madrid to match Bayern Munich's final offer. However, Florentino refused. The agreement was total for months, and now is not the time to change the conditions upwards.

Davies Was More Necessary Than Alexander-Arnold

Of the two full-backs, Davies was more of a priority, as his role is currently being filled by Ferland Mendy and Fran García. Alexander-Arnold, who seems likely to end up signing for Real Madrid, will have to compete with Carvajal for the starting position. Big words.

Now Real Madrid will activate Plan B, which involves the return of Theo Hernández to Bernabéu, the Spanish-French defender who was trained in Atlético de Madrid's ranks.

Things didn't go well for him, and he was loaned to Real Sociedad the following season. Then he was sold to Milan in the 2019-20 season.

His progression in Milan improved, and now he is a key player in the French national team. He is a good friend of Kylian Mbappé. At Real Madrid, both can dominate the left flank of the field, as they do with France.

Theo's contract with Milan ends in 2026, and the agreement wouldn't be complicated. Additionally, Mendy and even Miguel Gutiérrez, a Girona player of whom Real Madrid retains 50% of his rights, could be included in the operation.

The relations between both clubs are excellent, and Theo's arrival at Bernabéu seems inevitable.
