Real Madrid's statement on Franco Mastantuono
"Real Madrid C. F. announces that Franco Mastantuono will be a player for our club for the next six seasons, from August 14, 2025 to June 30, 2031.
Mastantuono was developed in River's youth academy between 2019 and 2024, and was part of the first team in the past 2024-2025 season. In February 2024, he became the youngest scorer in River's history, a team with which he has won a Supercopa.
At 17 years old, he is also the youngest player ever to play an official match with Argentina's national team in its entire history."
Mastantuono transfer figures
After this move became official, the Argentine club has revealed all the figures of the Mastantuono operation. In total, Madrid will pay €63.2 million ($63.2 million) for the Argentine gem.

This amount is distributed as follows: €45 million ($45 million) is Mastantuono's release clause, €11.8 million ($11.8 million) goes to the Spanish tax authorities, another €1.4 million ($1.4 million) to unionized footballers, €0.9 million ($0.9 million) to the AFA, €3.6 million ($3.6 million) from Decree 510/2023, and €0.5 million ($0.5 million) from other fees.
