José Luis Sánchez Heats up Next Clásico in Arabia: 'A Final against the State-Club'

The contributor from El Chiringuito is already preparing for the upcoming Clásico in Saudi Arabia

Real Madrid has undisputedly defeated Mallorca (3-0) in the semifinal of the Spanish Super Cup. Once again, the club has secured the chance to play the Clásico in Saudi Arabia. Also again, the white club will face Barcelona to win a title. It will do so in a week marked by the controversial government aid in the registration of Dani Olmo. José Luis Sánchez, a contributor to El Chiringuito, hasn't hesitated to speak out clearly on this matter.

On his X account,  José Luis Sánchez was blunt after defeating Mallorca in the Spanish Super Cup semifinal. "A Final against the State-Club," he began saying.

"A very serious Madrid that killed the game in the second half will face a Barça tainted by the Government's help. Bellingham dominated, with Camavinga and Valverde supporting him. Brahim was key in his exit," concluded José Luis Sánchez.

José Luis Sánchez Heats up the Upcoming Clásico in Arabia

After learning 24 hours earlier about Barcelona's victory, they knew at Real Madrid they couldn't fail against Mallorca. It was more challenging than expected but, in the end, even if it was by scoring during injury time, they managed to win. This means that next Sunday January 12 at 8:00 PM there will be a new Clásico, corresponding to the Spanish Super Cup in Saudi Arabia.

Real Madrid and Barça will compete for the first title of 2025, having the chance to earn it with one more match. Saudi Arabia will dress up for the most anticipated match, El Clásico, trying to fill the stadium and show its best image.

It won't be the first Clásico played on Saudi soil in relation to the Spanish Super Cup. It has been the usual trend in recent years, with victories shared between both teams. This time, Real Madrid and FC Barcelona are arriving with everything to take the win in a match that promises to be very, very competitive.

José Luis Sánchez is keeping an eye on this Clásico that will be played in Saudi Arabia and has the worst possible fear: that they continue helping Barça. For Hansi Flick, a Dani Olmo who shouldn't have been registered might be in the starting line-up, and Pau Víctor will wait for his chance on the bench. More of the same.

It won't be easy for Real Madrid against the "state-club" FC Barcelona, as José Luis Sánchez has defined it. The first trophy of 2025 will be contested in Arabia, marked by controversy.
