First One Ruled Out at Real Madrid: He Won't Wear White; Much Better Than Endrick

The transfer desired by many teams will not wear the Real Madrid jersey and his future will be at another club

Real Madrid is one of the most prestigious clubs in the world and many footballers dream of being part of its squad. However, not all of them have the opportunity to wear the white jersey, even though their names sometimes appear in market rumors.

The Reality behind the Interest in the Star from Sporting

One name that's been on many lips is Swedish striker Viktor Gyökeres. With over 25 goals this season, the Coventry striker has excelled in the Champions League, especially against Manchester City. His good streak has attracted the attention of several big clubs, one of the most mentioned being Real Madrid.

On Instagram, Gyökeres has shown his affection for Real Madrid by following all the teams he's ever played for, except one: the Merengue club. This has sparked speculation about Real Madrid's interest, as his style of play fits the model that Florentino Pérez is looking for.

Real Madrid's Domestic Competition

Although the interest in Gyökeres is legitimate, the reality is that the Swedish striker has no room available in the current Real Madrid squad. With players like Kylian Mbappé, Vinícius Jr., Rodrygo Goes, Endrick, Brahim Díaz and Arda Güler, the team's offense is already quite crowded. The arrival of a new forward could create a problem of room and competition within the locker room.

Real Madrid has invested heavily in young talents like Endrick, who was signed in 2023 with the expectation of becoming one of the future stars of the club.

However, while Endrick has great potential, his current performance is not comparable to that of Gyökeres's, who has already proven to be a more established and fit striker. In this context, it's difficult to justify signing Gyökeres if the club already has several quality names with short and medium-term projection.

An Uncertain Future for Some Players

Real Madrid is undergoing a renewal process that involves both veterans and promising youngsters. In this process, there's speculation about the possible departures of some players.

One of the names that's been strongly mentioned is that of Rodrygo Goes's, who could leave the club in 2025 to pursue his journey in the Premier League.

If Rodrygo leaves, the situation could change and Gyökeres would have a chance to join the squad.

However, even with the possible departure of the Brazilian, Real Madrid doesn't seem willing to sign the Swedish striker due to the number of talented players in the offensive position.
