At 25 years old, the Málaga native is a perfect wildcard for Real Madrid. He has been under Ancelotti and will be the same with Xabi Alonso, who has already approved his continuity.

Once Brahim's contract renewal is finally agreed upon, the next step will be to finalize Thibaut Courtois's renewal. There is no doubt with the Belgian: he wants to stay and everyone wants him to do so. His current contract ends on June 30, 2026, but there will not be any problem with his renewal.
In this regard, Madrid-Barcelona has learned that the president is willing to make an exception with Courtois. In recent years, all players over 30 years old have been signing year by year. With the Belgian, it will be different: the proposal is for him to sign until 2027, with the possibility of extending it to 2028.
