Bombshell in England! $100M for Rodri, they announce his signing for Real Madrid

Florentino Pérez has the money ready to sign the latest Ballon d'Or winner: it has been announced in England

In recent days, the possible signing of Rodri Hernández by Real Madrid has gained momentum again. The current Ballon d'Or winner has a contract with Manchester City until June 20, 2027 and could leave. So far, negotiations for his contract renewal haven't progressed and Florentino Pérez is keeping a close eye, to the point that an unexpected bomb has been announced from England.

100 million for Rodri

In the last few hours, "The Sun" has announced that Real Madrid is preparing a £100 million offer for Rodri. This would be a very high transfer, especially for a player who's coming off a serious injury, but his quality is undeniable.

The Spaniard is highly regarded at Madrid and has been followed for some time, but the reality is that there are doubts about his signing. Willing to play for Real Madrid

Although relations were somewhat strained after the Ballon d'Or gala, Rodri's interest in returning to Spain is beyond doubt. He's happy at Manchester City, but he'd be delighted to play in his home country again. Doing so with Real Madrid would be a dream come true for the midfielder.

However, the reality is as follows: so far there hasn't been any approach from either side. There is mutual interest, but not at any price. Florentino Pérez doesn't intend to lose his head over a 29-year-old professional, who has also just come through a complicated injury.

We'll have to wait, although in England they're already starting to see the writing on the wall. They're talking about €100 million for the Premier League's big star. We'll keep an eye out for any updates, although sources tell Madrid-Barcelona that, for now, there's absolutely nothing...
