What's going to happen with Dani Olmo if it's confirmed that he can't continue at Barça for the rest of the season?
Olmo Has Received 14 Offers to Finish the Season
The matter keeps half the world on edge. In fact, Dani Olmo has received 14 offers from clubs interested in his situation.
Curiously, one of the clubs that has shown interest in him isSevilla, one of the three entities that has fought in court to deprive Barça of Olmo. Logically, their offer has been dismissed.
Dani Olmo has shown good faith and his status as a Barcelona fan. This is because he won't execute the clause in his contract that allows him to leave Barça for free.
The player has been free since January 1 and can negotiate with anyone. Barça also has to pay him every single euro stipulated in his contract.
Olmo Doesn't Want to Create Problems for Barça
However, Olmo doesn't wish to cause any trouble for the club he loves. He will accept a departure until the end of the season that allows him to return to Barça on July 1.
If its resources fail, FC Barcelona will have to agree with Olmo and Pau Víctor on the termination of their current contract. This way, they can remain active for the rest of the season at another club.
The goal would be to agree on a loan so that both can return to the blaugrana discipline in July. It's important to remember that Barça already complies with the financial fair play regulations and can now sign players.
Both players would be released for six months and then return to Barça. Many clubs have shown interest in Dani Olmo, both from outside and within Spain.
The Exit That Pleases All Parties
However, the most feasible exit today is placing both Olmo and Pau Víctor at Girona. It would be as loans until June 30 with a clause prohibiting them from facing Barça.
The Girona club is a friendly club and the solution satisfies both players. Pau Víctor also comes from Girona. Olmo would be happy playing in the First Division and close to home.
As of today, it seems the most feasible exit for all three parties to cover the rest of the season. All three parties benefit from the operation.
