Pedri Issues a Warning About His Future and Provokes Real Madrid: 'You Can Dream...'

The FC Barcelona star talks about the Ballon d'Or and sends a warning to Madrid regarding the Champions League

At just 22 years old, Pedri has managed to establish himself as one of the essential pieces of FC Barcelona. His talent, vision of the game, and maturity on the field have made him the compass of the team led by Hansi Flick. Pedri is key at Barça and stood out with his decisive penalty that took Spain to the Final Four of the Nations League.

The Dream of the Ballon d'Or

In a recent interview, Pedri made it clear that he dreams of achieving great goals in his career. The Canary Islander, known for his humility, was asked about the Ballon d'Or, one of the greatest individual achievements.

His response was direct: "Hopefully the next book can be named like that, it's complicated. You can dream of everything. Hopefully, I can be a Ballon d'Or one day, but I prefer the treble."

With these words, Pedri not only shows his ambition but also his focus on group objectives. For him, collective achievements, like winning titles with his team, are much more important than individual awards. This mentality has made him a leader in the locker room, both at Barcelona and in the Spanish national team.

A Classic in the Champions Final?

Pedri doesn't escape the expectation caused by a possible clash between Barcelona and Real Madrid in a Champions League final. For him, a final between both clubs would be a dream: "Would I sign for a Barça-Madrid Champions final? I would, it would be an indication that we reached the final. We shouldn't be afraid of anyone, all the fans would like it."

The young midfielder made it clear that he fears no rival. His confidence in the team is absolute, and his competitive mentality is well-defined. For Pedri, a Barcelona-Madrid in the final would be an exciting challenge and an opportunity to show his team's true potential.

Pedri's Future and His Relationship with Barcelona

Despite his young age, Pedri is already leaving his mark on Barcelona's history. His level of play, vision, and leadership are invaluable to the team.

In his first book, "Pedri and the Legend of the Golden Boots," the Canary Island midfielder shares his experience and reflects on the sacrifice that has allowed him to get where he is. However, his greatest motivation remains to continue reaching goals, both individual and collective, within soccer.

With Barcelona in the process of rebuilding, Pedri is one of the pillars on which the club's future is based. Despite the shadow of Real Madrid and other powerful teams, his focus is clear: there are no limits to dreaming.

Although his future at Barça is assured, Pedri is not content with being a promise; he aspires to be a soccer legend.
